RETURNS POLICY

a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

 

b. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will promptly send you the correct item or provide a refund.

 

c. Unopened and Unused Products: For all other returns of unopened and unused products, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

a. Contact our customer support team at info@diazoskincare.co.uk or 07590293590 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

 

b. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

 

c. Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and any promotional materials that were included with your purchase.

 

d. Ship the product to the address provided when you receive your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

4. Refunds and Processing Time

 

a. Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

 

b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, and you will receive the credit within 7-10 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

5. Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will provide instructions on returning the original item, and upon receipt, we will ship the replacement product to you.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

a. Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

 

b. Gift Cards: Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

7. Shipping Costs

 

a. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item).

 

b. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
